Booking and Payment

  1. Confirmation of Booking: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment or advance as agreed during the reservation process.
  2. Payment Modes: Payments can be made via online transfer or other specified payment methods.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Deadlines:
    • More than 7 days before the booking date: Full refund of the booking amount.
    • Within 7 days of the booking date: 25% of the booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
    • Within 24 hours of the booking date: No cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
  2. Refund Processing: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 1 -5 business days.

Check-in and Check-out

  1. Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
  2. Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  3. Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability.

Guest Conduct

  1. Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the property and respect the tranquility of the surroundings.
  2. Any damage to property or disturbance caused during your stay will result in additional charges.
  3. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Guest Comfort

  • Mosquito Protection: To ensure a comfortable stay, mosquito repellent and mosquito rackets are provided. Guests are encouraged to use these responsibly and keep doors/windows closed during dusk and nighttime to prevent insects from entering.
    P.S.: Please note that there are no mosquitos so far at the premises, but just in case needed.

Usage Guidelines

  1. The property is strictly for residential and recreational purposes (e.g., family gatherings, and small parties). Large-scale events or commercial use is not permitted without prior approval.
  2. The maximum occupancy for the cottage must not exceed the number specified during booking.
  3. Pets are welcome, but guests must ensure they are supervised and not cause damage or disturbance.

Safety and Security

  1. Guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings. Rustic Wood is not liable for any loss or theft.
  2. Children must be supervised at all times, especially in outdoor areas.
  3. Open flames, such as candles or campfires, are prohibited unless authorized.
  4. First Aid: A first aid box is available on the property for minor injuries. Guests are encouraged to bring any specific medications they may require.
  5. Fire Safety: Fire extinguisher balls are available on the premises for emergencies. Guests are advised to familiarize themselves with their locations and proper use.

Liabilities and Damages

  1. Any damages caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures during your stay will be charged at repair/replacement costs.
  2. Guests are responsible for their safety and agree to use the property at their own risk.

Housekeeping and Maintenance

  1. Daily housekeeping is provided upon request. Guests must maintain cleanliness during their stay.
  2. Any issues with facilities or utilities should be reported immediately for resolution.

Right to Admission

Rustic Wood reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay of guests who violate the terms and conditions or engage in unlawful or disruptive behavior.

Force Majeure

Rustic Wood will not be held liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.

Amendments

These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Rustic Wood. Guests will be informed of any updates before their stay.
